Qualifications & Competencies
- Medical degree from an internationally recognized medical faculty
- Proficient in German, both spoken and written; English knowledge is desired
- Absolute openness to alternative treatments – preferably Global Diagnostic – as well as, of course, the Ayurvedic teachings
- Experience in pain therapy is an advantage
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Team- and service-oriented personality with a high level of service orientation in direct collaboration with Ayurveda doctors and experts
Tasks & Challenges
- Willingness to immerse yourself in the teachings of the Holistic Ayurveda® vision and to work on it through in-house training, integrating it into daily tasks
- Caring for and advising our guests on medical and health matters
- Explaining and discussing test results, treatments, and procedures that our guests undergo during their stay in the Ayurveda area
- Ensuring readiness for Global Diagnostic consultations
- Managing and monitoring the progress of our guests during their stay and reassessing treatments if necessary
- Close collaboration with the managing director and Ayurveda specialist of the hotel, Ms. Drexler
